Tai Chi for Beginners

Wednesdays, 6:15 pm, in the Community Room

Recognize the “qi” in your body. Learn the practice called “nanlaoshu” or the “the art of how to grow old,” enabling you to strengthen and straighten your body, increase flexibility and improve general health and well-being.
