Faith Development for Youth

Sundays at 10:30

Roots and Relationships: 8th–12th Grade

Roots and Relationships offers youth a supportive environment to build meaningful relationships, feel valued, and find a sense of belonging. Youth will have opportunities to explore their beliefs, values, and identities in an open-minded space. Together, we will explore the new articulation of our UU values, their meaning, and how they will inform our actions.

The journey culminates with a youth-led worship service and a heritage trip to Boston. We’ll visit historical sites, discuss current issues in Unitarian Universalism, and deepen our understanding of the faith that shapes who we are. This experience replaces the traditional Coming of Age and Youth programs, providing a fresh and meaningful path to discovering your UU identity.
