As we near the end of our RE program year, I am proud of our growth and our strengthened community. Many RE programs such as Fellowship Fridays, Mystery Friends and the COA retreat have been both successful and very rewarding. The success of all these programs is the result of the many volunteers who have given their time, strengths and love for the religious education and spiritual growth of our congregation. Our community is growing, and I look forward to every new face that seeks this spiritual home. Of course, the ending of one program year presents the opportunity for more of our congregation to get involved with RE programs. The RE committee will begin enrolling children and recruiting volunteer teachers for our upcoming year. We are also looking for help with summer sessions as we move toward offering year round programming. We encourage people to volunteer, especially adults without children in the home and youth. Teacher trainings are available throughout the year. The end of the year traditions and rituals are also drawing near. The COA service, flower communion and others will provide a great ending to a great year. Thank you so much to our amazing volunteers for everything you do.
